Through the 'Clinical Questionnaire' and admission processes, personal data and specially protected health data (diagnoses, symptoms, dietary habits) are collected. This data is collected solely for the purpose of performing a precise clinical evaluation and designing personalized molecular intervention protocols.

3. Absolute Confidentiality (Professional Secrecy)

Due to the High-Ticket nature and public exposure of many of our clients, the highest level of confidentiality and professional secrecy is guaranteed. No medical data, identity, or address will be shared with third parties under any circumstances, except under legal obligation.

4. User Rights (ARCO Rights)

Users have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing their personal data. Interested persons have the right to:

  • Access their personal data.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure (deletion) when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
